Get to know your new home, inside and out, with our home inspections in Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington DC metro area
You’ve searched far and wide and finally found the perfect home. How can you be sure that it’s safe and sound? At Reliable Home Services, Inc. we understand your concerns. By scheduling a home inspection with us, you can put your mind at ease. We offer preventative maintenance advice and the life-time expectancy of the major systems. Our goal is to educate you on the home, which will allow you to make decisions with confidence. During a standard home inspection, we inspect every readily accessible part of your home, including:

Building or Buying a new home
Whether you are building a custom home from the ground up or buying a brand-new home that is already finished, don't you want to make sure it's built correctly? Reliable Home Services offers progressive inspections on new construction. In other words, we will inspect the home as it progresses from pre-drywall to completion. During your pre-drywall inspection we are looking at the following items:
- Structure
- Framing
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Duct work
- Foundation
When the house is complete, we conduct a "Final Inspection" on the home. During the final inspection, we inspect everything we would for any other home. This also applies to "1 year warranty inspections".
